Travelers must carry valid ID proof and required documents
The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Kashmir Village Travels acts only as a facilitator for hotels, transport, and other services
We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
Any additional cost arising due to such events shall be borne by the traveler

7. Health & Safety
Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for travel
Any personal health issues must be disclosed in advance

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events such as natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions
